When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. For larger items, please allow 3–4 business days.

Custom orders are typically completed and shipped within 5–10 working days.

For Custom Orders, Will I see the design before it’s made?

Yes. For custom orders, we’ll send you a preview or confirm the details with you before production. This way, you can make sure everything looks exactly how you imagined before we proceed.

How long does it take to make my order?

For ready-made items, we usually pack and prepare your order within 1–2 business days.
Custom orders take a little more time and are usually completed within 5–10 working days, depending on the design and details. Once everything is ready, we’ll ship it right away.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we’re only shipping locally while we grow our little stall. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so we truly appreciate your patience and support.
