Returns & Eligibility
Change of Mind
Because many of our items are handmade or personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We always do our best to show our products clearly so you know exactly what to expect before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom pieces are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded once your order has been confirmed and production has started.
Before we begin creating, we may confirm details or designs with you to make sure everything is just right.
Ready-Made Items
For ready-made products, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind.
If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to reach out before purchasing. We’re happy to help.
Issues with Your Order
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
We’ll review the situation and do our best to resolve it, whether that’s a replacement or refund.
Refunds & Changes
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Ready-made orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are shipped
- Custom orders can only be cancelled before production begins
Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
