Yes. For most custom pieces, we’ll confirm the design with you before production so you can make sure everything looks just right.

Absolutely. You can customize colors, names, themes, and small details. The more you share, the better we can bring your idea to life.

Custom pieces usually take about 5–10 working days to create, depending on the design. Once ready, we’ll pack and ship your order right away.

Ready-made items are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. In many cases, we ship orders the same or next day.

Not all. We offer both ready-made items and custom pieces. Ready-made items are available to purchase immediately, while custom orders are made just for you.

After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, while express shipping takes 1–2 business days depending on your location.

For now, we only ship within Australia while we grow our little stall. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Because many of our items are handmade or personalized, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
