How to Customize
If you would like a fully customized design:
- Add this to your cart and pay. Send us a screenshot of your order.
- Choose your FRAME Options, either by shape, circle, square and rectangle.
- Send us your photo or logo via email at heystudiosau@gmail.com
- Specify your preferred size (or the size of 250mm × 250mm)
- Choose your lightbox colors/side colours
We will send you a design draft within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you confirm the design, production will begin immediately.

Design & Production:
Please allow 5–7 business days for design confirmation and production.
Delivery Estimates:
• Standard Shipping: 7–12 days
• Expedited Shipping: 4–7 days
After-Sales & Order Policy
• A design proof will be provided within 24 hours of purchase.
• Production begins only after your approval.
• Two free design revisions are included.
As this is a fully customized product, once production has started the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review all designs carefully before approval.
If parts arrive damaged or missing, please contact us with video evidence.
• LED issues: Partial refund of $10 available. (Led lights are sourced outside the country and can't be change)
• Lightbox damage: Refund or replacement only if damaged during shipping.
